The holiday mode of this blog is finally over! I had a long 2 weeks of holidays since my last post and now I’m back in business again~ In the past 2 weeks, lots of things happened. Now I’m back, I had hundreds of emails and RSS posts to read on, which I don’t think I can finish it in 1 day time. Other than that, tens of assignments and exams piled up thanks to the holiday. I have to finish everything within this week I think. So let’s recap what happened in the last 2 weeks shall we?

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! This is the most important day for all the lovers, because… It’s Valentine’s Day!
I should be celebrating Valentine’s Day with my girl in KL now but I’ve wrote this post a few days before.
What is Valentine’s Day and why is it such an important day for all the couples and lovers out there? I found some explaination on Wikipedia…
Starting from today, this blog will be in holiday mode. Why? Because I am having my mid term break starting from today, for one week. Then, I’ll be having another one week of Chinese New Year holiday. Yippie!~ This is what people started working can’t get, lots of holidays.
I won’t be going anywhere this coming Chinese New Year. In Chinese traditions, it is said that if one of your close relative past away less than one year ago during Chinese New Year, you are not allowed to visit other relatives. My grandfather past away less than a year ago that’s why this year I’m not going to Bidor to visit my grandma. How I miss my grandma! It is ok then, we the whole family should have a rest at home instead.
There’s been some hot topics on the 50 Most Influential Blogs in Malaysia that most bloggers don’t quite agree on the term, influential. I think it should be named Top 50 Blogs in Malaysia. That would be better since those blogs don’t really “influent” the readers anyway. Since then, bloggers were trying to increase their page rank or popularity or traffic (or whatever they are trying to do) by doing some link building to their blog. Why should I be left out from this
? I will offer some tips to increase page rank and popularity of a site as well as increasing mine at the same time here.

This is the new three-wheeled Silence PT2 electric car. The car certainly has a flair for the dramatic, as its metallic paint, vivid interior, and overall dashing good looks make it a sight for sore eyes in the fully electric vehicle department. Other than that, this car can reportedly cruise 125 to 250 miles on a single charge, hitting speeds “around 125-miles per hour” along the way.

Sony Ericson announces the new W800 Walkman Phone.
Slim, trim, and comes in fightin’ with such features like 2 cams (a VGA one for front-facing video calls), Bluetooth 2.0 A2DP and Memory Stick M2 support (alas, Sony’s proprietary format) and…we’ll say it again — an ultra-slim shape that’s more Samsung-ian than from the SE boys. A few things that stood out in the GSM Arena review was the inclusion of “multitasking” support (we can guess at the meaning there), EDGE being absent and the inclusion of a standard 3.5mm audio adapter for using your own high-end headphones with the W880.

Have you ever wish that there were more formatting buttons in Wordpress 2.1 post editor? Worry no more because there’s actually a whole row of buttons hidden there! This is what I just found out about Wordpress 2.1 through QuickOnlineTips.
You can actually go from

Have you ever subscribed to some RSS feeds that only shows you the partial feeds? Or are you one of the blog authors that provide partial feeds to your readers? Partial feeds only show a part of the content of a post, mostly around 50 words of the starting part of it. Well to be honest with you, I get very annoyed with those kinds of feeds. Yes, very annoyed :P.
The Firefox search bar located at the upper-right corner of the browser is a very useful tool for a lot of users as they tend to use it to search everything on the net rather than typing Google.com in their browser and then type in what they want to search there. I’m sure a lot of people are using the Mozilla Firefox nowadays. But do you know that you can customize and add the search sites in the search bar in the upper-right corner of Firefox?
This is how to customize and add search engines to your search bar.
Click on the Manage Search Engines like the photo above. Then click Get more search engines (or just this link) to open a page with the list of search engines that you can add in. You can add all sorts of search engines that is listed there. There are varies search engines like news, entertainment, blogs, answers and so on.
