Did you went to Cineleisure at Mutiara Damansara last Sunday? If you happen to be there, you will know what is this CHARM Cheerleading Championship 2007 is all about. If not, let me show you some photos here! 
Basically, this is a competition between secondary schools in cheerleading. Cheerleading is not that popular in Malaysia that’s why there are only a few schools participated in this competition. But mind you that these guys really did a great job out there!
Shin and I went there with her Canon 350D ready to take some photos. Unfortunately we can’t get any good position on the ground floor, ended up taking photos on the 2nd floor. The lighting is just too dim that the photos taken were quite blur. Sigh… Ok, time for some photos. There are quite a lot of photos so don’t say that I never warn you! 
The championship was started with group cheerleading event first.

It was a frustrating day yesterday. I was having my Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification 1 (CCNA 1) final test at 6pm, but there was no electricity since I woke up at 11am. Damn it, all my notes were in my harddrive!! I have no access to the notes so I thought of going to the computer lab in the University after lunch if still out of electricity. As predicted, the power is not up yet after lunch.

The University organizes career fair from varies of company every year for the students to get some job opportunities. For this year, the career fair was held from 3rd - 5th of March. As normal, everyone dress in their best suits, carrying piles of certificates and resume to the fair, hoping to get shortlisted by the companies involved in the career fair. My housemates and I went to the fair early in the morning on Saturday, seeking for some job opportunities…
After reaching for half an hour, we were asked to sit in the seats for the open ceremony of the career fair.

In case you are wondering why there were no photos from the Chinese New Year this year, keep on wondering then. Because I myself don’t understand why as well~! :p Maybe those traditions that forbid me from celebrating CNY kept me from taking any photos with friends. Never mind then because my sister did took some photos with her new DSLR - Nikon D40.

The holiday mode of this blog is finally over! I had a long 2 weeks of holidays since my last post and now I’m back in business again~ In the past 2 weeks, lots of things happened. Now I’m back, I had hundreds of emails and RSS posts to read on, which I don’t think I can finish it in 1 day time. Other than that, tens of assignments and exams piled up thanks to the holiday. I have to finish everything within this week I think. So let’s recap what happened in the last 2 weeks shall we?

Starting from today, this blog will be in holiday mode. Why? Because I am having my mid term break starting from today, for one week. Then, I’ll be having another one week of Chinese New Year holiday. Yippie!~ This is what people started working can’t get, lots of holidays.
I won’t be going anywhere this coming Chinese New Year. In Chinese traditions, it is said that if one of your close relative past away less than one year ago during Chinese New Year, you are not allowed to visit other relatives. My grandfather past away less than a year ago that’s why this year I’m not going to Bidor to visit my grandma. How I miss my grandma! It is ok then, we the whole family should have a rest at home instead.

This is my final semester of studying in UTM and of course I need to finish up my final year project in order to graduate. My project is titled “Embedded Ethernet” and I have to gather up all my hardware on my own. I had spent quite some time going to and back from Johor Bahru just to get my hardwares. The ATMEL microcontroller is very rare and needed to order from some suppliers. Luckily the boss of the electronic shop in JB was kindly helpful to help me order it.

Oh god, I wish this could end as soon as possible because I got a big problem in my room. Yup, my ceiling is leaking with water dripping into the room from up there. Zzzz…
