Time for the monthly blog earnings post! April was really a busy month as it was my Final Year Project due date and presentations and final semester exams. But I still managed to post quite “frequently” After checking on my posts, I found out that I only written 1 sponsored post from PayPerPost. Let’s see how much did this blog earn me in April shall we?

• Google Adsense : $58.25
• Text-Link-Ads : $8.50
• Nuffnang Ads : About $4

Total earnings for April 2007 : $70.75 USD

The earnings are growing much better compared to last month. Google Adsense earned $58.25 which is a lot better compared to $18 in March. Other than that, not much difference except I don’t have any earnings from sponsored posts. ReviewMe had just launched something similar to PayPerPost, maybe I can write some of those reviews this month.

The blog traffic is growing well as the Alexa ranking had raised to 288,837 as this post is written. Traffic is still needed for this blog and I need to find some alternatives ads to earn more too. Any recommendations? Adbrite or Kontera maybe? :wink:

It is time for my monthly earnings post! To be honest, this month SUCKS! Everything just went down and I only wrote a few paid postings that made my earnings even more worse. Furthermore, I’ve been tweaking the Adsense ads blocks and the results are not really satisfying.

These are the earnings I gathered from this blog in March 2007 :

• Google Adsense : $18.45
• Text Link Ads : $8.50
• Pay Per Post Postings : $20.00
• Loudlaunch Postings :$5.00
• Vizu Answers Polls : $2.94

Total Earnings for March 2007 : $54.89

Compared to my earnings last month, the earnings suffered almost 50% loss! Sigh. I should stop tweaking the Adsense ads blocks since the previous ones had better earnings. Text Link Ads earnings is lesser in March because 1 advertiser stopped advertising here. Paid postings? I think I should start putting some effort to write some of those since they pay more than others.

Nothing to be happy about this month except my Alexa ranking raised more than 300,000 in just 2 weeks. Hopefully I can get more traffic and have more income sources soon. I really should seek for some stable earnings for this blog. Any suggestions?

As I was congratulating Cely for her first Google Adsense Check on her blog, my housemate came into my room and handed me a letter from New York. Yippie! It’s my first Google Adsense Check! Finally, it arrived after waiting for months for it!

The amount is only $131.11 but it feels great! Finally something to award myself with this blog~

It is raining season lately and my postbox was wet. This causes the letter to be wet and the check is a little bit crumpled. I guess it is still ok as only a small part of the check was wet. Now who wanna let me know what is the procedures of banking in an international check?

When we talked about making money online with monetizing your blog, the first thing that comes in your mind is Google Adsense. But that’s not it! Google Adsense is not the only program that you can make money from! If you have been reading my posts on my blog, you will notice that I’ve added a few other ads programs into my blog which are AuctionAds(aff), Vizu Answers and Advertlets.

AuctionAds is one of the newest programs around, which offers you commision from bidding sales. As soon as you insert the ads code in your blog, they will place auction ads targeted to your content on your site. When users buy products they’re interested in from the ads on your blog, you make money from it. As simple as that.

Instead of serving banners or text links from advertising networks, Vizu Answers pays you to host interactive Web polls. The polls only appear in locations that you specify and are from individuals and organizations that pay you to ask questions of your users. You make money from Vizu’s Clients who would like to ask questions of the unique audience that frequents your site.

This is another new program which is much focused on Asian bloggers. Advertlets™ is an Asian blog/weblog advertising network that offers the remarkably sensible proposition of targeted, unintrusive advertising that benefits the online advertising and blogger community, as well as their readers. Bloggers get better advertising that is relevant to their readers, and advertisers make their advertising dollars and their message count.

It’s time to calculate the earnings from this blog again~! It is expected that the earnings this month would be lesser than in January because I took 2 weeks of holiday without posting anything in my blog. My bad…

Now let’s see the earnings that I gathered for this blog in February 2007:

• V7n Contextual Links : $30.00

Total earnings for February 2007 : $101.05

The earnings this month which is $101.05 is a little bit better than the last which was $86.19. The reason of the raise in earnings is that I subscribe to another program which is V7N Contextual Links. In case you don’t know what is this, bloggers in the Contextual Links @ V7N Network make cash and get paid by simply adding text links to their blog posts. So you just need to add the text link inside your blog post and you get $10 for each link you inserted. But you have to make a new post for each link they assigned you to add.

Am I happy or what? Finally more than $100 in one month! Haha.. It is very little sum of money but I’m very happy because I finally earn something from the Internet~ Need to do more work to get more I guess…

Currently I have around $140 in my paypal but just don’t know how to withdraw it. FYI, Paypal does not support Malaysia bank that’s why no wire transfer available I think. I heard there are some other ways to do this but it is just a bit expensive for users like me to withdraw this little money . So anyone out there who wants to get some credits in Paypal just find me. Maybe we can make some deal from this huh? :p

From now on, I will post my earnings from all kinds of affiliate programs and advertisements on my blog every month. The amount of my earnings might not be as huge as those full-time bloggers but I think it is enough for me to pay my own web hosting and domain name.

To be honest, my blog only has a few programs that earn me money. They are Google Adsense, Text Link Ads and PayPerPost reviews. Yes, that’s it. I do had some affliate programs banners on my site but those don’t really earn me a single cent I think .

So these are my earnings for January 2007:

• Google Adsense: $36.92
• Text Link Ads: $11.95
• PayPerPost: $37.32

Total earnings for January 2007: $86.19 (ok… I know it’s very little money… )

Well, the good news is that I’ll be getting my first Google Adsense paycheck by the end of this month. A total amount of $110 I think. Text Link Ads and PayPerPost had paid me into my Paypal account but unfortunately, Paypal staffs were “SO” busy that they don’t have the time to fix my account verifying account. I’ve waited for almost a month for them to fix it but still, no appropriate answers from them except replies in templates forms. I need to get my account verified to accept the money from TLA and PPP. Sigh…

Why is my earnings so little? I guess it is because I don’t do much monetizations on this blog. Many bloggers use Google Adwords to drive traffic to their blog. My blog on the other hand, only gets around 150-200 visitors per day and most of them came from search engines.

Hopefully my earnings will grow more and more for the coming months. How much did you earn from your blog this month? I would seriously love to know about it.

The guys behind this idea include several Stanford MBA’s and a few individuals who started AllAdvantage back in 1998, which gave over $100 million to its users before falling victim to the burst of the internet bubble. Today, the context is much more favorable: The sophistication of on-line commerce, the rapid emergence of communities, the wealth of advertising revenue sources, etc.

AGLOCO has been discontinued due to some financial problems. Seems like they failed again to make the program successful.

This is something interesting. I invested only with $2 since Jan 9th, and I got paid $23.52 after that. Its more than 1000% profit! lol… But on the safe side, I stop investing in this program as its going to lose funds very soon. Now I invested $20 in Solidinvestment since its a stable and long term program. Invested the $3 leftover into mixhyip. Let’s see how much I can get from it then. For these programs, the only method I’m using is to get in and get out asap. Most of them can’t last more than 14days.

Finally after 10days of waiting 12dailypro paid me again. There’s some changes due to egold services always down. So it takes around 10days for them to pay to egold. There’s no changes for stormpay on the other hand.. so I think there’s no worries for 12dailypro yet.. studiotraffic… I really duno bout them.. let’s hope we can get some money for Chinese New Year then!

Yup!~ Paid again from 12dailypro. An ammount of $19.44 i think. So I’ve given back $5.76 to my referal as the 50% referal comission that i promise to give back. Another good news is that Studiotraffic had unblocked both my accounts~! Yippie~! Upgraded my 12dailypro account but now still considering whether wana upgrade my Studiotraffic account.. hmm… headache..
