Yep Defragmentation always helps! makes the system run faster and everything.

Perhaps I’m a little OCD, but I set my system to automatically defragment at least once a week. And while I consider myself a power user, I’ve never known about this ability to defragment the system files. Glad to know, but feel a little silly I was unaware.

I use Diskeeper for defragmenting my drives. Its a good alternative to the Windows program which isnt bad for very low levels of defrag and on small drives.
