hmm.. i got test tmr.. but still not finish studyin it yet… not in the mood for studying i guess.. duno y.. slept at 7.50am this morning.. cos chatting on phone with gf… y? bcos some stupid fella trying to con her into lampe berger MLM thingy.. which is already proven is a scam.. her fren brought her for supper last nite.. n then with whole crowd of lampe berger fellas… n then.. huh.. i’m really impressed with their tactics… they asked her to drive their so called new car… BMW 5 series… n still she only found out its a tactic after i told her… its quite obvious when someone trying to talk u into some kind of multi level marketing thingy… n then telling u that he or she earned duno how many k’s.. each month.. n now.. he can afford to buy a new car.. wah… BMW 5 series… are u impressed??? wana join??
i managed to find a lot of info about this lampe berger thingy.. n yes.. its a scam.. something like those thingy that u light up in a room.. with the smell that can cure ur sickness… bullshit la… i even found a clip from HK TVB where those host went into the company to investigate wat the hell is it.. n then.. they even bought the lampe berger n test it in the lab.. it is said that the lampe can produce O. atom after burning it… n then.. then the atom.. O. combine with our oxigen.. O2.. it produces O3.. which is our ozon.. which can filter away all those harmful particles in the air.. n the results from the lab came out that the lampe cannot produce a single shit at all.. wana watch? there are some studies show that these kind of things is harmful to pregnant womens also.. not in the clip la… TVB clip.. cantonese.
y i’m so pissed off? i duno… i just dun like those ppl scamming other ppl’s money.. with all kind of bullshit.. if u really wan ppl to join something.. b honest.. at least let ppl know wat the heck is that thing.. the fren asked her to go to the company tmr.. which i insisted her to reject the fren.. but then.. they still have the strongest tactic.. claiming that they are ur fren.. hard for u to reject them right? so after hours of trying to reject her fren.. the fren ask her to go to the company to c wat he is doing all the time.. Updates 22 April 2007 – Malaysia’s Security Commission had listed out an alert list of scamming potential investment programs at http://sc.com.my/ . Lampe Berger was listed in the list but then was removed after a few days. What happened? I don’t know. And yet, newspapers had news about this fraud investments and LB is listed in there as well. So guys, those who kept on cursing around in this post comments, can you give us some reasons why LB is listed in those list? 🙂

Hi, i came accross this website, coz i wanna know what other ppl have to say abt Lampe Berger. Quite suprised to c that many people have blogs abt this issue.
Refering to the above reply. Insurance is an important thing in life now and its essential. Some may even look at it as an investment for them in the long run. Its like a saving, but what’s the benefit of this LB product. Purifying air, but some may argue n say that they can get the same scent or mayb something not the same for very cheaper price. Even air conds are coming with air clener devices. U say its a 100 years product, but how sure are u that in that 100 year the product was not manufactured differently and added things which are not of traditional.
Why is it in this MLM, a person has to find 5 people, why cant it b lowered to 3 people, since the company wants to help the downliners at least if a person gets 3 people the balance can be donated to the downliners.
The product is not a need, like Amway or Cosway products, u buy them for ur everyday need, so u can purchase it every month or week or days(depending). But this product is expensive and when u want to buy refil, it cost u a lot. When some1 buys the product from u, its just a one time n then mayb they’ll need it in another say 5 months.(I dont know, just a guess)So the emphasis here is not the product but the recruitment.
My cousins house always stinks and she bought this LB product n use it. Now her house does not stink anymore and she uses it only for a few hours. LB is prob good as air purifier, i do agree.but how far true is it that the products r still genuinely traditional.
I think many people r angry/not happy/not satisfied because the way some of the people in LB urge their friends or relatives to join this MLM thing. I’ve been there n yes i have seen many students and fresh grads.
I am not a pro or anti MLM, i think its a good concept, but it depends on the individual whether they prefer to start a business this way or the brick & mortar way. Brainwashing…depend on the individual, whether they CHOOSE to be brainwashed or not. If u r positively sure that u do not trust this concept then don join it. Dont do it just coz of ur friend. Its all up to an individuals CHOOISE.

Back again to the insurance thing. Insurance was never a necessity when it was introduced to Malaysia. But now almost every Malaysian has 1 form of insurance.
Same thing goes for air management. It is not a necessity now as many do not understand the depth of the problem of we breathing bad air.
Of course you can buy cheaper scent. But thats it. It remains a scent. A scent is not a purifier. TO purify the air you need anions.
LB does exactly that. Besides that it kills bacteria. It has been scientifically proven.
But i do agree about the attitude of some ppl doing MLM. They mis the whole point in building the network. But then again those who are cheated to join well the fault lies in them. If you can allow others to con you the one at fault is none other than you….
At SYN i also see some good people whom genuinely do business. But there are also some who would do anything to get ppl to join and even cheating..
Now this is a question of individuality. If the agent is bad, does not mean the system is bad.

haloo…im not lb member, just want to share…..from my point of view, whoever survive in this business, i really respect, bcoz how they convince people to give 30,000 not 30rgt.i hv a friend who worked in a bank loan company, theres a few of his cust told him, they make a loan because they want to start business at lb.. unbelieveable..and most of them are students. i cant imagine how they convince this people, although i oso not agree with their system n this 30k, its kinda give me a motivation or the rite word is ‘challange’ for me to work harder and smarter with my job.

Dengan hormatnya saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.
Daripada maklumat dan aduan yang diterima, didapati bahawa sebahagian ahli syarikat mempromosi serta menjalankan pelan pemasaran yang berbentuk head-hunting dan pembelian lot/pangkat/pukal dan ianya merupakan salah satu daripada ciri2 skim piramid yang mana pemberian bonus adalah bukannya berdasarkan pembelian barang, tetapi atas dasar pencarian orang yang akan diminta untuk membuat perkara yang sama (repetition action).
Berdasarkan maklumat yang dinyatakan diatas, adalah didapati bahawa syarikat tuan telah melanggar seksyen 7(1) akta jualan langsung 1993 yang menyebut bahawa “walau apa pun seksyen 6, tiada lesen boleh diberikan kepada seseorang yang berniat untuk menjalankan perniagaan jualan langsung yang melibatkan apa2 skim atau perkiraan baji penjualan atau pengedaran barang atau perkhimatan yang menurutnya orang itu, dengan mendapat suatu balasan memperoleh peluang untuk menerima suatu faedah wang yang tidak bergantung pada jumlah atau kuantiti barang atau perkhidmatan yang dijual atau diedarkan atau yang akan dijual atau diedarkan bagi maksud menjualnya semula tetapi yang diasaskan, pada apa-apa takat, pada dorongan yang di berikan, olehnye sendiri atau orang2 lain, supaya orang2 lain turut menyertai skim perkiraan sedemikian”
Sehubung dengan itu, di bawah seksyen 8(1) akta jualan langsung 1993, pengawal jualan langsung boleh membatalkan sesuatu lesen yang diberikan di bawah seksyen 6 jika dia berpuas hati bahawa :-
a. pemegang lesen itu telah gagal mematuhi apa2 obligasi yang dikenakan ke atasnya oleh atau dibawah akta ini atau peraturan2;
b. pemegang lesen itu telah melanggar apa2 syarat yang dikenakan di bawah lesen itu, atau apa2 peruntukan lain lesen itu, atau apa2 peruntukan akta ini atau peraturan2, tanpa mengira bahawa tidak ada pendakwaan bagi kesalahan berkenaan dengan pelanggaran itu;
c. pemegang lesen atau mana2 orang yang telah menjadi atau akan menjadi pengarah,pengurus,su tau pegawai serupa itu yag lain dalam pemegang lesen itu telah, sama ada berkaitan dengan pemohon bagi memberikan maklumat yang palsu, mngelirukan atau tak tepat kepada pengawal;
d.kepentingan orang2 yang berurusan dengan pemegang lesen atau kepentingan pembeli2 terancam dengan ape cara sekalipun samada dengan cara pemegang lesen itu menjalankan atau bercadang hendak menjalankan perniagaan atau kerana apa2 sebab lain;
e. pemegang lesen telah berhenti menjalankan mana2 satu atau lebih bidang perniagaan yang baginya ia dilesenkan;
f. suatu kompromi atau perkiraan dengan pemiutang2 telah dibuat berkenaan dengan pemegang lesen itu;
g. seorang penerima atau pengurus perniagaan pemegang lesen itu telah dilantik; atau
h. milikan telah diambil, oleh atai pihak pemegang mana2 yang becangah gadaian, akan mana2 harta pemegang lesen itu yang terkandung dalam atau tertakluk kepada gadaikan itu.
Oleh yang demikian, tuan adalah dengan ini diminta untuk memberi representasi bertulis kepada pengawal jualan langsung dalam tempoh 14 hari daripada tarikh surat ini sepertimana yang diperuntukan di bawah seksyen 11(1) akta jualan langsung.

With the economy downturn and heading for recession, many of them at LB will sure go bust. let’s wait & see. meanwhile, I’ll still be having my 5 figure sum salary, enjoying doing what I’m paid to do. I never regret NOT joining the scam despite much persuasion from friends and relatives. Looking back, non of them (NOT A SINGLE ONE) have made a living out of it.

Once upon a time, a friend called me up saying that he wanted to buy me dinner and asked me to bring another friend along. Without making too much of it, we agreed as i was quite hungry to be honest.
En route to our original destination, my dear friend had to make a ‘quick’ stop at the DCHL HQ in kuching,and invited us to come up for a ‘little while’, while he grabbed some stuff.
There we were greeted by another guy,dressed to kill in an Armani suit (whos authenticity is yet to be verified 🙂 , while i stood there, wearing my favorite heavy metal band t-shirt and torn jeans, dazed ,confused and somewhat amused to think that our friend had actually cheated and set us up into thinking we were really going for dinner while he was the one actually feeding us to this ‘business seminar’ of sorts.
First of all, first impressions do count. Which is why i guess they bothered to dress up all uber-formal even though they were all sweating through their thighs as the weather was uber-humid that night too. I did question his choice of attire that night and he responded by saying “To make us look more professional”.

First of all you have to cheat,lie and trap people in order to get them to hear what you have to say. THIS WAS THE FIRST IMPRESSION. MAJOR FAIL on that one.
Secondly, you have to “LOOK MORE professional”? more than what? than you really are?
At this point i was already annoyed and doubted the credibility of the ‘magic lamp’ and its minions.
Anyway, i decided to stay on and listen about what the guy had to say. (Actually i had no choice as my friend was the one that drove that night). And what started out as a “quick” stop, became almost 2 hours of sales pitchings.
As the coffee table briefing was about to start, i could feel like the other people in the room were giving me odd looks, probably due to the fact of my lack of a Versace uniform in my wardrobe.
HOWEVER, the whole discrimination was NOT only caused by my lack of proper attire as i had first thought. The ‘speaker’ at our table finished off almost all of his sentences by translating it into a mashed up Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese local slang. This really ticked me off to the point where i just had to tell him that i could speak,understand and write English just as fluently or maybe even better than the next guy.
Not to sound worse off but just because i wasnt the same race as he was doesnt mean i didnt recieve a Tadika education.
The night went on with me trying my best to rebutt the whole concept of their SYN strategy, just to annoy the guy at first, but i still won some points along the way as some of my questions were never really given a straight answer.
Now, after my whole experience with the magic lamp,i am very prejudiced and skeptical towards DCHL and their members.
And i would like any pro DCHL members who posted comments here to tell me that its wrong for me to be prejudiced against you people AFTER the way you LIED and DECIEVED your way into getting my attention, and not to mention DISRESPECTED and DISCRIMINATED me in a number of ways? I dare you to move.
I dont wear Prada’s or other monkey suits 24/7, I like EARNING my wage HONESTLY. And that shiny Red sports car will soon be more of a reality to me than most of you DCHL scammers will ever dream of. And i can proudly say that i earned it with my own blood,sweat and tears, while still having my dignity in tact.

At lampe berger, these people will tell you, you are not enough indirectly just because you don’t drive a bmw nor carry a coach branded bag. They would equate success to what you have e.g. car, brand etc. Just as long as you know who you are, life is actually very simple… we do not need more than advertisements of big dreams telling us who or what we are. Life is in abundance. It’s greedy people who will use talk of big dreams and success, show you big fat cars “ooh btw dun forget the fuel prices going up… THE WORLD IS RUNNING OUT ON FUEL! If the products don’t speak out for the quality, where got so many stupid people who won’t think before buying and still keep buying after that?
We are just sharing and whether u want it or not is your decision. People won’t be that stupid also to quit if the MLM company that they joined couldn’t secure them in any way, right?
Go and read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and Donald Trump’s books, will help you very much in understanding what is MLM! I read through the arguement here n understand the problem. the problem here is not due to LB. the true fact is due to misunderstanding of MLM! MLM is a good concept n legal n proven business model! So pls understand first b4 giving comments! I’M MLM NETWORKER! choosing the best MLM company required 5 CRITERIAs to be successful as me now!
1. An establish Company, international company, at least 20 yrs n above to show the stability n responsiility of that MLM company to their distributors. Hv own factory n science n R&D to develope a good quality products!A responsible FOUNDER counts for everything!
2. Wide range of products. can b consumed by everyone including baby, pregnant woman, man, woman, elderly etc… Products r poven safe n effective! the uniqueness of the product!
3. A fair n square marketing plan! joinin as member only cost u not more than RM100 n wif o without buyin any product. If requested to buy product first then can b member automatically, that is SCAM! if requested to fok up RM1000++, then their upline earn bonus frm joinin member instead of selling products! that is EVIL “head-hunting” marketing plan.
4. Market. Product not limited by race, gender, age n so on. everyone can consume it safely!
5. Education. A good n responsible MLM company will educate thier distributor n consummer wif a proven science n really helpin ppl n bring back their health!
Trust me! I’m doing a company fulfilled all the criteria i mentioned above! I’m not criticising any MLM company here, each MLM company wil hav their own weakness n strong points…but to me…only those company which can fulfil above criteria then we can success more easily! good luck everyone…”A right choice is more important than working hard”

I have received confirmation from the kementerian that it is illegal for R Z Corporation to continue with its business.
Below is his reply:
Dear Sir,
Section 4 (1) under The Direct Sales Act 1993 states that “Subject to sections 14 and 42, no person shall carry on any direct sales business unless it is a company incorporated under the Comapnies Act 1965 and holds a valid licence granted under section 6”
Therefore, if the period had lapsed or xpired, that means the licence is not valid anymore. It is the same anology for the driving licence. People still drive although the licence had expired although it is illegal because they did not afraid until they get caught.

1.apa yg syarikat tu buat dengan duit yg u org labur masuk tak kira 2k 3k 12k atau 30k?ada tak syarikat tu tunjukan laporan kewangan setiap tahun? kalau kita org labur contoh dalam saham amanah saham ke( misalnya ASN ASW2020) sudah rentu setiap tahun sia org akan hantar laporan kewangan untuk tunjukan kat kita org dari mana duit tu dah laburkan.samada beli share ke atau buat apa.
2. kalau biz janji boleh berjaya kenapa upline yag kononnya gaji satu bulan 5, 6,7 angka atau berpuluh ribu atau jutawan bayar kat duit masuk 2 atau 3 ribu dulu, setelah dia orag dah berjaya( seperti yag dijanjikan ) sudah tentu dia org akan gaji besar macam marqi atau duke kan, masa tu belum terlambat bayar balik kan?. satu lagi kenapa dia org ni suruh prgi buat loan bank sampai berpuluh ribu lepas tu tak nak tolong . mana ada biz macam tu? ini kat satu penipuan.
3. satu lagi pakcik nak tanya kenapa produk bodoh lampu bodoh(LB)ni tak ada kelulusan kementerian kesihatan malasyia? pandai syarikat tu gunakan produk yg org malaysia tak biasa guna dan tak boleh compaere kualitinya. syarikat ni ingat kita org kampung ni bodoh sgt. biasanya syarikat MLM edar produk kesihatan yg dapat kelulusan pihak K.SIHATANM. ini batulah terjamin dan kalau berlakunya pengyelewengan kita boleh ambil tindakan.tapi syarikat ni pandai pakai produk yg tak perlu kelulusan kementrian kesihatn sebab nak larikan sebuan pihak berkuasa dan nak jimat kos untuk hantaran dapatkan lesen kementerian kesihatan. satu lagi pakcik tak pasti adakah produk tu ada iktiraf HALAL oleh Jabatan Agama Islam tak sebab minyak wangi ( kandungan alkohol).

PUTRAJAYA – Ghairah untuk mengaut keuntungan segera, sebuah syarikat jualan langsung sanggup menawarkan pembelian ‘pangkat’ kepada ahlinya dengan dijanjikan pendapatan lumayan.
Lebih mengejutkan ialah ahli-ahlinya dari seluruh negara itu dipaksa membeli ‘pangkat’ mengikut status tertentu dan sering dipersalahkan jika gagal mendapatkannya setiap kali perjumpaan bulanan dilakukan.
Sekiranya ahli berjanji membeli pangkat, tetapi gagal, individu terbabit akan dipaksa membeli pangkat lebih rendah dengan harga yang lebih murah.
Pangkat paling rendah yang ditawarkan berharga RM9,000 dengan dijanjikan pendapatan RM1,000 hingga RM3,000 sebulan.
Ahli juga ditawarkan pangkat dengan status lebih tinggi jika membayar RM150,000 dan kononnya akan memperoleh pendapatan RM20,000 hingga RM50,000 sebulan.
Pangkat paling tinggi boleh dibeli dengan harga RM50 juta dan kononnya mendapat pendapatan tanpa had.

What I’m going to say here is that this bunch of LB people or whatever you call em, are not fuckers or whatsoever. They are just doing their part and earning like what you guys have been doing. There is nothing wrong about choices that people make. It’s their rights. Besides, they are not cheaters. You’ve purchased the products at the moment you’ve gotten the license. I love the products very well. Please be reminded that there’s nothing wrong with the brand. If there’s anything ever offended you guys, it’s the people. In whichever business, risks are always there. It’s a matter of how strong is the will in you to continue in the business. It’s a journey, you see. Well, things might not be doing good to some of you guys. I’m sorry to hear that, but look, you can always ask or seek help from side lines. No worries at all 😐

My parents and friends objected at the first place you see. It’s the usual responses whenever it’s about MLM. The moment you start to a conversation regarding MLM and so on, anybody will just turn their back away. It’s perfectly normal to encounter this kinda thing. The reason why you guys are kinda mad about it is because of the initial ‘investment’ which is kinda high to some out there. Comparing to other MLM, it’s considered really high to you guys. But if course, it has got a higher payout instead. Wait wait. I don’t mean to offend anyone of you here. I know some just don’t believe in this kinda business, but the fact is, it really works ( perhaps to some of you, it doesn’t because the journey in this business needs to be understood). Despite all those, guess what? I’ve learnt much about life, family, networking and stuffs that actually make me realize things even better you see. I know some would just say that I’m a naive one because anyone would have learnt it out there without this business too. And perhaps to you guys, this is not even an excuse to defend this business. What I want to say here is, everyone has got different exposure in life. Some benefit in long run, some just don’t see it yet.
Once again, please, don’t ever get offended with anything that I’ve said. I am just speaking my heart here. I don’t want to get anyone offended. I’m really sorry if you guys are still against my words and all. It’s a matter of choices. Don’t regret anything that you’ve done, because at the moment you did it, you were reluctant to do so. Just move on if you can’t take it all right 😐

Waow, i am the anti LB before this. Very very very anti LB. But after i dare myself to take a challenge to try involve in this company and i try do what this company ask for me. I trying hard and u know? I’m still not believe (like 50-50)… But, now! Gosh! After all what i’ve done, my sacrafice which for the first time just to investigate this thing… Now is turn to my life. First of all, I have to admit I am a member of DCHL. Yes, I am a Franchise (After kena cuci to pay-up the 1.5k, now they are having so-call promotion). Like Pak Cik Bahau mentioned (since he’s the Marquis, some higher up ranked position), they are pressuring those newbies (which is me one of them) to get the 36k to become Count. From here, I will be referring alot to Pakcik Bahau’s post (malas la want to repeat).
Honestly speaking I don’t mind the product (LB, Ed Pinaud, Estebel), nothing wrong with it (cuma Halal tak Halal je lah kot), but their system is the one that I have been doubting whether it is Halal or not, as what we Muslim refer to.
First the registering as Franchise is 1.5k, ok fine. Then after that, have to put another 36k. And yes like Pakcik mentioned the current target is the Malays. I don’t like to admit it, but thats the truth. Majority that joined this so call biznez are Malays, you want proof? Currently their new gathering place is at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, in front of AmBank, there is a mamak place, there around 8pm onwards, they will hang out there until dawn, or til the mamak halau them when it is closing. During daytime not much people, because their so call biznez time starts at 12pm. There you will see their program of brainwashing the innocents to join them.
At first I thought join as a Franchise was nice bla bla bla. After few days later they started to show their “belang”, like pakcik mentioned, count plan, soon after the plan was explained, the baskets start to pester the newbies (Franchiser) to get the 36k. I don’t like to borrow (that includes the loan from bank), because I do not want to get into trouble and lost a friend because of this. I did mentioned to them I don’t want to, and want to start from scratch. As you guys can guess, no, they till persist me to get the 36k promising that I can payback within 6 months or earlier. If that is the case, I don’t see my side lines and upline are able to do that, they already join more than 6 months, still have yet to payback. Now I am keeping my distance from those baskets including this “Best Friend” of mine who brought me in. Somehow I felt regret joining them, and I don’t like this pestering-for-36k-to-become-count. I don’t feel comfortable every time they contact me and asked “Dah jadi Count belum?”.
So, for those who are in doubt to join or not, I recommend you not to do so. Or for those who already joined, and in a journey (like Christy mentioned) to become Count, better stop your pursue, in this process so call journey you have to throw away your pride among your family/friends or any person that you want to borrow the 36k. And sometimes it may also gives negative effect, like losing friends, family/relatives keeping distance from you, etc. Trust me I know, I have been through this so call journey, I talked to my parents about it, and you know what, the result was so bad. I never felt so much pain, for letting my parents to cry because in some way I hurt them (for those DCHL members, please don’t say my parents tak faham and yet to hear the biz plan. I brought them to HLA to convince them, that time I was still naive, my parents know the real story and the Count plan. And the prefer me to start from scratch if I still insist want to continue *still naive*). But now, I feel regret, and every time they mentioned Count, I terasa sakitnya, of course those baskets they do not know any pain that I felt and find other alternative for me to get the 36k.
Sigh… thats all I guess, lagi I recall it, lagi I rasa menyesal…

Based from diorang punya effort la~ Orang yang dah jd Duke(pngkat tertinggi untuk jwtn ni) skrng pun dulu pernah rasa susah untuk capai sampai ke tahap tu. Benda ni bukan senang2 apa. Benda ni ada journey yang perlukan ketabahan. That’s why journey dia susah. Sebab nak ajar orang bukan senang nak dptkan duit. That’s why dia mencecah 30K… Sebab pulangannya balik adalah berganda2 lagi berbaloi. Ada yang rasa kecewa? Quit dr Business ni? Cuz, diorang x dpt handle business ni. Cuz diorang x dpt handle rasa payah @ tekanan emosi diorang… Of cuz nak pinjam sana sini. But, just untuk sampai satu tahap untuk berjaya & dpt byr balik even lebih dari yg dipijam. Putus relationship dgn kwn? Dgn parents? Sebab x mampu handle stress & too emotional. Hey, to live in this world is already though. Be Strong! It’s simple. Kalo give up dgn business ni, of course akan rasa kecewa and asyik cakap yang bad thing je ttg LB. Tp, kalo keep up your trust with this LB until u success, U’ll know u’ll talk just about the good thing about the LB. Cmtu jg perkara lain kan… Mcm benda nak belajar buat magik juga. Kita cakap, mustahil. Tp, kenapa ada orang dapat buat? David Blaine lg ble bdiri atas menara berjam2? Because he keep trust for what he can do.
Up to u. Dun want to believe it or believe it, yg pastinya LB is good for people who can trust LB, and can be poison who cannot trust LB. What i know is… as long i knew LB in my journey, LB know is my life backup besides now i can fullfill all my dreams because trust with LB give me back the great karma after hard journey that i get through~ Good Luck to people who involve in this SYN and don’t hear those all negative opinion.

Even though i did not got cheated, but most of my friends willing to sell their properties and even family assets to join with RM30,000 after being “brain wash” by the bombastic talks conducted by LB. But once they have “wake up” its too late. . sigh. But it is no use to cry over split milk. Btw, we gonna be more alert in order to prevent being “used” or step into the “trap” aka scam. .
